Clos du Mont-Olivet produces a red Lirac that is faithful to the style of this historic cru from the southern Rhône, nicknamed "the other Châteauneuf".
Lovely aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), a deep mouth focused on the fruit, a beautiful balance between power and freshness, a juicy finish... a sunny gem to open with friends around a barbecue or a platter of charcuterie. Serve at 16°C.
The finish is lingering, with the mineral and citrus elements leaving a lasting impression, inviting another sip.
