Made exclusively from Carignan grapes, the LIOCO Rosé is fermented in stainless steel tanks and undergoes partial malolactic fermentation to enhance its complexity and creaminess. The winery follows a minimalist winemaking approach to preserve the purity of the fruit and reflect the unique terroir of Mendocino County.
Taste: The LIOCO Rosé of Carignan has a delicate, pale pink color in the glass. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries, and red currants, with a hint of citrus zest.
