he 2019 Richebourg Grand Cru is matured with 35% whole bunch, and five of the six barrels are new. It has a very perfumed bouquet of floral red berry fruit laced with crushed rock and sous-bois scents.
The palate is medium-bodied with solid tannins, more savory than, say, Grivot’s Richebourg, with liberally sprinkled cracked black pepper toward the finish.
