Green Apple gives way to Pear and a little toast at the finish. Great to sip and probably even better to enjoy with a dark chocolate or strawberries.
Nose: pear, tart citrus, yeast Taste: green apple, long finish that almost tastes like metal Very effervescent- the bubbles kind of take over your mouth. Reminds me more of a cider than a sparkling wine.
