With its 30% Mourvèdre, the wine is textured as well as fruity. It has a touch of pepper as well as ripe red fruits, acidity and a spicy aftertaste. Drink this balanced wine from late 2020.
Bright tender pink. The noze is aromatic (citrus peel, candied). The mouthfeel is fruity, round and crisp. Aperitif. Summer fare: tomato tart, grilled meats and fish.
