DESCRIPTION
This white blend is composed of 40% Rolle, 40% Chenin Blanc, and 20% Clairette sourced from a 1ha vineyard and aged 6-8 months in foudre. The Rolle gives the wine its firm acidic back-bone, while the Chenin Blanc adds a little bit of weight and stone-fruit flavors.
The Clairette ties the blend together by adding some floral notes and finesse. A masterful blend by winemaker Cyiaque Rozier of Chateau La Roque.
