This Pauillac is stunning. At ten years of age it is well into it's evolution but has retained a youthful element. Black currant, cedar, pencil shavings, roasted coffee beans and licorice flavours are interwoven with complex sois bois notes. Still noticeable toasted oak but everything is well-integrated. Smooth, velvety texture.
