Les Lauriers de Rothschild Rose 2017

Made up 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 70% Merlot, Les Lauriers de Rothschild Rose comes from the appellation of St. Emillion. This blend varietal wine is aged for 14 months, 60% in second-fill French oak barrels and rests in tanks. It pairs superbly with meats like veal, duck, and lamb, or French cheese.

Salty to spicy, fish to fowl, dry rosés compliment almost any meal. Serve with tapenade, slathered on crusty bread, a sautéed striped bass filet or beef-stuffed shells in a light tomato sauce.
