Pouilly-Fuisse is an appellation (AOC) for white wine in the Mâconnais subregion Burgundy in central France. The terroir of the limestone hills, covered in the alkaline clay suits this Chardonnay perfectly.
This is full-bodied and elegant wine, with solid ample flesh acidity. Delicate, dry and refreshing, this Chardonnay expresses lingering finish, with ripe flavors of peach, apple, ginger and spice. Ideal with shellfish, fish and poultry.
