World-renowned Montmorency tart cherries from Michigan, and blending the juice with Loepold Brothers whiskey. The spirit then rests in their used bourbon barrels, giving the flavors time to marry and mature while drawing out notes of vanilla, marzipan, and spice from the barrels.

Leopold Bros. is a family owned and operated distillery in Denver, Colorado. Creating award-winning whiskies, gins, vodka, liqueurs, fernet, absinthe and aperitivo.

Pre-Prohibition, many distillers added fruit juice to sweeten whiskey as it aged, here, Montmorency tart cherry juice. It then rests in used bourbon barrels, giving the flavors time to marry and mature while drawing out notes of vanilla, marzipan, and spice.
