The deep red Il Medaglione Primitivo pleases with a fruity bouquet of dark berries, black cherries and fine spicy notes. Full and soft on the palate, with ripe red fruit and notes of tobacco and eucalyptus, embedded in soft tannins.

In its unpretentious, honest style, it is a wonderfully versatile companion: solo, with mildly seasoned meat dishes or medium-ripe cheese.
