DESCRIPTION
This is a very nuanced and graceful Pinot Gris. Its color is a very light gold, and aromas include Bartlett pears and ginger candy. Flavors include white peach, poached pears, and a hint of ground ginger.
It’s dry and medium-light in body, with a good texture, and a long, clean finish. It’s not as weighty as Pinot Gris from Alsace, but has plenty of complexity and nice aromatic fruit qualities.
