L'Ecole No. 41 Apogee Pepper Bridge Vineyard 2014

Apogee - a Pepper Bridge Vineyard cabernet dominated bordeaux blend - shows notes of dark fruit, leather, oak and is still in its youth with a bit of tannins. Solid Washington red blend, easy going down, with spaghetti.
Wonderful drinking blend. Cab and Margot notes reign but is a more big drinking wine. Very well rounded and crowd pleaser Tasty. Nice tannins. Dark fruit. Nice WA job doing BDX.
Dry, can tell it has merlot in the blend by mouth feel. Beautiful red fruit, nice balance between fruit and earth. Pepper. Elegant and classical. Nice backbone. Nice structure. Long finish.
