Presentation
Vinification is done traditionally in vats before aging in barrels without new wood so as not to mark the wines and preserve the freshness of the fruit.

From old vines located on the terroirs of Varrains and Dampierre. These terroirs have the particularity of being composed of clay-limestone soils giving the wine a chalky, mineral and spicy aroma. The grape varieties of the estate are composed of Cabernet Franc.
