A statue of the Virgin Mary dominates the plot: she watches over this beautiful hillside, planted with vines over 50 years old. The resulting Jurançon is fine and balanced, rich and spicy, full of apples, Bartlett pears and white flowers.
It has a touch of pepper and a tangy acidity. The palate is full, generous but not heavy, very aromatic. A very nice example of dry Jurançon.
