Beautiful aromas of grapefruit, orange blossom, and Kaffir Lime rise from the glass, then follow on the palette where layers of ripe mango, gooseberry and white peaches join in. The beautifully balanced fruit and acidity leave the finish clean and crisp with citrus and floral notes still lingering.

At Layer Cake, we work directly with the farmers who grow our fruit. Our grapes are grown to exacting standards in some of the most diversely-layered vineyards around the world. The character of each Layer Cake wine is influenced by the vineyard soil, which is layered like a cake.
