• 100% Nebbiolo harvested mainly from the Starderi vineyard, along with a few other select parcels in Neive • Vines are between 19-22 years old and planted to blue tinted calcareous marl and clay • Harvested in the middle of October • Fermentation in rotofermenters for 11 days on average • Malolactic fermentation in used (2nd and 3rd passage) French oak barriques, followed by 12 months of aging in barrel • 2,000 cases produced annually
