• 100% Nebbiolo from selected parcels in the village of Monforte d’Alba • Guyot trained vines planted from 1998 - 2007 to clay rich soils • Steeply sloped vineyards lie between 200 - 400 m (660 - 1,480 feet) above sea level and have south, southwest, and southeast exposures • Hand-harvested beginning mid October • Aged in French oak for ten months • First vintage was 1984 • An average of 2500 to 3000 cases produced annually
