Medium-light structure with pale colour, tending towards rosé. Complex aroma of red fruits, especially cherry and strawberry with a rich spicy and herbaceous bouquet.
Can be paired with cold cuts, first courses in general, red meats, hard or aged cheeses and, if drunk at a lower temperature (12-15°C like a "rose"), fish and delicate white meats.
