• Freisa from 0.5 hectares of 15-year-old vines in Bussia Soprana • Helvetian soil with clay sediment, blue marl, and tuff • A hilly site at approx. 300 meters above sea level • Fermentation and maceration on the skins over 10 days with indigenous yeasts • Aged 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in Slavonian oak casks prior to bottling • 165 cases produced annually
