Lambrusco Sorbara Rose 'Corte Attimi', Fiorini 2022

The 2023 Lambrusco di Sorbara Corte degli Attimi is a deep ruby-red color in the glass, exploding with a rush of fresh wild strawberry fruit and lavender. Concentrated red berry flavors continue on the tongue, with further complexity coming in the form of rosy floral tones and blood orange sweetness. It almost reminds me of Aranciata Rossa.

The bubbles are fine, precise and abundant, washing over the palate like a breaker on the shore, leaving the mouth completely reset and ready for another sip.
