Lamblin is one of the oldest domaines in Chablis, where 12 generations of the family have made wine near Maligny since 1690.
Pinot Noir grapes grow on stony, chalky, quick-draining soils, with clay & marl. Destemmed, with 4-5 day maceration in steel, then aged for 9 months in 2 or 3 year-old oak barrels. Strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant & blueberry fruits. Delicate & refined, with a good underlying structure.
