Highly influenced by the cool northeastern mountain climate of the Dolomites, Lagaria offers complex yet lively aromas of fresh apples, pear and tropical fruit. Elegant undertones of vanilla and spice are present from partial ageing in French oak barrels, while a crisp mineral quality is inherited from further ageing in stainless steel.
Straw yellow in color with delicate aromas of pear, tropical fruit and spice confirmed on an elegant, fresh and persistent palate.
Great with fish, white meat and pasta.
