The Laboure-Roi Pinot Noir appears a ruby red color in the glasswith garnet highlights, quite deep, limpid, and brilliant. The nose shows a nice intensity, this wine presents notes of fruit and a few nuances of spices and dried fruits. Very pleasant. Nice structure on the palate, the silky tannins are well integrated. The flavors are fruity and spicy, the acidity discreet.
An honest wine, with typicity of this grape variety, pleasant to drink. Serve with lamb or veal, and even tofu. This wine also pairs very well with cured meats, barbecue, mechoui, and cheese
