TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow with bright green reflections. The nose has a delicate and elegant bouquet with floral and fruity notes followed by surprising touches of bread crust. In the mouth it is sapid, fresh and delicate, with an excellent soft structure capable of conquering the palate.

PAIRINGS

This Pinot Blanc of the La Montecchia estate is particularly suitable for seafood appetizers, risottos, pasta dishes and white meats. Try it with veal tonnato or tuna carpaccio or with a succulent grilled dentex.COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
