The nose is mineral, saline, with hints of stone fruit (peaches), white blossoms and a pleasant creaminess. Rich and round on the palate, this wine is refined, mineral and it displays flavours fruit, lemon peel and spices ( white pepper).

Its silky soft, creamy texture makes it suitable accompaniment to all fish, shellfish, seafood and most cheeses, in particular goats cheese
