LA CORNASSE CHABLIS SCREWTOP

Of course Chablis is allowed its acidity, but to be honest this is a bit too much for  the taste. It does mellow out a bit when getting a bit warmer. A Burgundy Chablis with grass and green apple on the palate. Some nutty notes.

Fruit is good with very clear green apples and some white peach in the background.
