Color: Bright straw yellow colour.
Smell: Bouquet of candied apricots, orange peel, quince, beeswax, acacia honey on the nose; very peculiar nose of Botrytis.
Taste: In the mouth it has a fruity and creamy attack, strong and decisive, a very subtle balance between acidity and sweetness that fills the mouth with great elegance; very long finish of candied fruit and citrus.
Pairings: Excellent pairing with foie gras, blue cheese, apricot cake, Bavarian orange, lemon meringue, tart tatin with orange zest.
