La Chiara Gavi di Gavi 2018

The estate La Scolca was taken over between 1917 adn 1919 by great-granfather of Giorgio Soldati who leads today the company together with his daughter Chiara. La Scolca temmed from the name "Sfurca" or "Watch out" and the farmhouse that stood there.

Excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal, as well as combinations typical for white wines (fish, crustaceans and shellfish) is not afraid of the combination with white meat, poultry and light roasts.
