La Bastarda Pinot Grigio 2017

This wine is 100% Sicilian pinot grigio. Following harvest, the grapes were transported to the winery where they were gently pressed and the juice transferred to stainless steel. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled tanks with the temperature never exceeding 55°F. The wine comes in at 12.5% ABV.

 Light straw-yellow in color with a greenish tinge. This wine has a rich nose with apple, pear and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, it is fresh, with lively acidity and a crisp finish.
