This sparkling wine is produced using the "Traditional Method" employed by a famous region in France. The wine has a floral bouquet and on the palate it is fruity with hints of hibiscus. The bubbles are fine and persistent with a pleasant dryness. Serve chilled with seafood, fish or as an aperitif.
