A delicous Edelzwicker with great charm. Fresh and balanced wine with white flowers and fresh stone fruit with crisp acidity. This is a blend of Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Chasselas, and Muscat from vines ranging in age between 25 and 40 years old. White flowers and fresh-cut grass exude from the nose, leading to a palate of stone fruits and crisp acidity.
The merest touch of honeysuckle plays on the fresh apple nose. The slender palate offers lemon freshness and a pithy texture. The finish is clean and combines ripe pear with vivid lemon.
