Fermentation starts with cloudy must and no added sulphur in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at the end of fermentation with residual sugar of about 20 g/l. Fermentation end in the bottle.

It is the first harvest of Müller-Thurgau grapes. Whole cluster pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tank. Bottling takes place at the end of fermentation to save approximately 20–24 g/l sugar. Disgorged. No sulfur added.
