The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc Costa La Flor comes from Colchagua Costa and presents a pale, steely yellow profile in the glass, while the aromas include lime, rue, grapefruit and gunpowder. Featuring good fat in the mouth and heightened freshness, it ends with a lime-infused finish. A profound, flavorful white with a tropical kick.
Starting with a tangy freshness, with lemon peel, white asparagus, powdered ginger, and mineral flavors. Weighty but lithe and balanced, the mineral acidity keeps the finish rolling.
