• Single malt whisky produced by The Ki One Distillery in Namyangju, South Korea • Distilled from unpeated malted barley • Minimum 100-hour fermentation in stainless steel • Twice distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills • Aged at least 3 years in a combination of new American oak barrels and first-fill bourbon barrels; non-age statement • Caramel and wood spice precede a palate of baked apples, vanilla bean, sultana raisins, and ripe plums with a finish rich with oak and toffee • No added coloring • Non-chill filtered; 40% ABV The follow up to 2023’s new American oak-matured Batch 1 release, Batch 2 sees the addition of malt matured in first-fill bourbon casks, adding a richer oak quality to The Ki One Distillery's vibrant spice profile.
