• Single malt whisky produced by The Ki One Distillery in Namyangju, South Korea • Distilled from 100% unpeated malted barley • Fermented for a minimum of 120 hours in stainless steel • Double distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills • Aged for a minimum of 3 years in a combination of new American oak and ex–bourbon barrels; non-age statement • Aromas of rich oak and sweet caramel precede a bold palate of vanilla, nutmeg, banana, and raisin with lingering notes of cinnamon and peppercorn on the finish • No added coloring • Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV The Eagle represents the Korean American heritage of The Ki One Distillery’s founder, Brian Do, as well as the birthplace of the oak used to mature this expression. Aged in a combination of ex–Kentucky bourbon barrels and new American oak sourced from Missouri, Eagle Edition layers familiar bourbon flavors of caramel and vanilla over the distillery’s spicy malt making for a bold and robust whisky perfect for an everyday dram.
