DESCRIPTION
One of the wines that made Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc famous, made from individually harvested vineyard blocks fermented in small lots. Very pale, with citrus, tropical fruit and crushed herbs on the nose, then passionfruit, melon and grapefruit carried by bright acidity, and a slight creaminess through the finish. Good with oysters, asparagus or a summer salad.
