The smoothness I expect from a Pinot Gris, paired with the brightness of a Sauvignon. Tart apple, hint of lemongrass on the nose, and pear/citrus on the palate.
Buttery aromatic nose with a hint of honeysuckle. Nice mouthfeel with apple pear and a bite of acid to finish. Great with a red duck curry.
