This is very herbal expression of Cab. Ripe berry fruit is woven with bay leaf and other earthy dried herbs, along with streaks of graphite and iodine.

There's a lovely tang to the fruit on the palate and a lift of acidity.

Tannins are sculpted and powdery in texture. Drink now with protein until 2028.
