A blend of 60% Kotsifali and 40% Merlot. Kotsifali, a native Cretan variety, offers berry fruit notes. The addition of Merlot adds ruby red color and makes this blend succulent and silky.
Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months offers vanilla scent and smooth texture.
