The slightest smokiness precedes a ripe lemon-zest nose. The palate seems to fizz with lemon zest and pith, lending both texture and structure.

There are juicy edges of Mirabelle amidst the lemon on the wonderfully dry and lip-smacking finish. Lemon and cleanliness linger long.
