On the palate, the Early Mass Riesling from Juwel Weine starts off pleasantly dry, with a good grip and aromatic. Some wines are dry on the label, others really are. This white wine belongs to the latter because it was vinified with only 1.4 g of residual sugar. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Frühmesse Riesling is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate.
The finale of this youthful white wine from the Rheinhessen wine-growing region captivates with its extraordinary aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the soil, which is dominated by limestone and marl.
