This a bone-dry sake! This Junmai Ginjo steps outside of Sumikawa’s normally luscious and full bodied style to produce a sake with a gorgeous tropical fruit nose with a rippingly dry finish that evokes allspice and nutmeg.

Made from Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 55%, this is a perfect style to cut through fatty foods. A sake for your dry martini drinker. Serve chilled.
