Jules’ slight obsession with Marlborough and Marlborough wine has led to all sorts of wild and wonderful things.
Identifying very special parcels of Pinot Noir grapes from her Branken Hill Vineyard in the Southern Valleys sub region of Marlborough, she hand harvested a very promising looking parcel of grapes, quickly crushed and left them on their skins for a couple of hours.
