Juan Gil Cabernet Sauvignon Honoro Vera 2016

Rich blackberry and blackcurrant fruits on the nose with a little blackberry leaf too. The palate is soft, smooth and very fleshy. 

(Aged for four months in French and American oak barrels) Deep ruby. Perfumed scents of cassis, blackberry and cedary oak carry subtle tobacco and vanilla overtones. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering dark berry, bitter cherry and cracked pepper flavors that unfold slowly. Dusty tannins add shape and grip to the smoky nish, which hangs on with good spicy tenacity.
