This Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Pucelles" is a dry white wine with a complex nose (violet, acacia, honey) that evolves with age. On the palate it is very harmonious, balanced and quite feminine. It has an aromatic and long-lasting finish. The Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Pucelles" accompanies the high cuisine, fine and noble. When young, it harmonises with Dieppe sole fillet, freshwater fish stew, veal sweetbread... When mature, it complements the richest and most exquisite dishes such as lobster, monkfish, grilled turbot or sole.

The Puligny-Montrachet vineyards lie on a gentle slope, facing east, at an altitude of 230-390m. The vines grow on brown limestone soil, or soil where limestone alternates with calcareous clay.
