he wines are made without any manipulation in order to express each vineyard the grapes come from. There is never any more than 25% new oak used for the wines, and during maturation the family does like the rich mouthfeel that the wines get from extended lees-ageing and bâtonnage. These Puligny-Montrachet wines are classic showing great tension, depth of flavor, and steely verve.
A subtle, yet complex nose of almond, lime, peach and stony mineral notes. As it ages the freshness remains and the mouthfeel shows depth in a cream and zesty manner.
