Joao Portugal Ramos Loureiro Vinho Verde 2018

The 2018 Loureiro is dry and has 6.5 grams of total acidity and 3.5 grams of residual sugar. There is no fizz and it comes in at 12% alcohol. A fairly concentrated Loureiro at a very nice price, this still manages to preserve the freshness you hope to see. Despite the apparent concentration relative to the grape and the region, it seems transparent and lively. It has a bright demeanor, lifted fruit and a hint of tartness. 

Fresh and elegante aroma, with citrus and floral notes combined with a pronounced minerality and long intense finish.
