After refermentation in the bottle, it rests for a minimum of 16 months in the bottle on its own yeasts before disgorging.
The result is a Classic Method with an ample and intriguing bouquet that ranges from white to exotic fruit, with citrus hints of cedar and memories of sweet spices, honey and brioches.
The sip is round but supported by a very present citrine acidity that makes it very pleasant!
