One of a pair of impressive Nuits premiers crus in Guillaume Tardy's range, again located on the Vosne side of the village.
This comes from clay soils, as its name suggests, and there's a little bit of influence from the combe here, but it's still a smooth, supple Pinot with stylish oak, silky tannins and a refreshing tang on the finish.
